Earth Camp

Earth Camp is a partnership between the University of Arizona College of Science and the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum.

Earth Camp for grades 7-9 June 16-20 & 23-28, 2008 This two-week thinking camp includes overnight adventures, day trips, live animal presentations, and a Mars habitation simulation at the UA. Participants are selected by an application process. Applications must be postmarked March 15th, 2008 Contact Amy Orchard, 520-883-3083.


Earth Camp for grades 9-11 July 7-16, 2008 You will explore global changes in climate, water and landscapes and the effects on sustainability. This ten-day residential camp includes stays in UA dorms, campouts, and a visit to San Carlos, Mexico to study marine life. Participants are selected by an application process. Applications must be postmarked by March 15th, 2008.Contact Amy Orchard, 520-883-3083.
